Join the prestigious Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as a Programme Management Associate/Senior Associate in our dynamic SUTD Academy. Based in the vibrant and culturally rich environment of Bali, Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless programme execution, enhancing participant experiences, and supporting the academic mission of SUTD. Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end administration of master’s degree, summer, and winter programmes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Liaise with faculty, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate programme logistics, including registrations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain programme documentation, including brochures, handbooks, and digital content, to ensure clarity and accuracy for all participants.
- Monitor programme budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Organize and manage programme-related events, such as orientations, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to programme participants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programmes through digital and traditional channels to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Evaluate programme feedback and implement improvements to enhance the participant experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus for Senior Associate roles.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in programme administration, project management, or a similar role, preferably in an academic or international setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with programme management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting for programmes or projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
