Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of certification curricula to ensure alignment with industry standards and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create engaging, effective, and scalable training programs.
- Oversee the end-to-end content development lifecycle, from needs assessment to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Implement innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learner experience and improve knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of content developers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for all training materials and programs.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional bodies to enhance program credibility and reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or training, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact training programs, preferably in the financial or professional services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Moodle).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and standards is highly desirable.
