Responsibility
- Provide expert admissions counselling to prospective students, guiding them through the application process.
- Support admissions activities for assigned schools, programme clusters, and priority regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions processes with programme requirements.
- Organize and participate in virtual and in-person admissions events, webinars, and campus tours.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Analyze admissions trends and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and admissions standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in higher education or international admissions is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
