Responsibility

  • Provide expert admissions counselling to prospective students, guiding them through the application process.
  • Support admissions activities for assigned schools, programme clusters, and priority regions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions processes with programme requirements.
  • Organize and participate in virtual and in-person admissions events, webinars, and campus tours.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
  • Analyze admissions trends and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and admissions standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in higher education or international admissions is a plus.
