As part of Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y), you’ll contribute to breaking the cycle of poverty by enabling mothers to gain skills and independence. Your work will directly support their journey toward self-sufficiency while fostering the development of the next generation.

Responsibility
- Provide high-quality early childhood care and education to children aged 0–6 in a structured, loving environment.
- Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with mothers to track their children’s progress and provide guidance on parenting and early education.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and play.
- Assist in nutritional planning and ensure children receive balanced meals and proper hygiene care.
- Document and report child development milestones and any concerns to program coordinators.
- Participate in community outreach and awareness campaigns to support LP4Y’s mission.
- Work closely with a multicultural team to align educational approaches with global best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education, social work, or a related field.
- Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to empowering marginalized communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to create lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience to work in challenging but rewarding environments.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Tagalog, are a plus).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one) for child safety.
