Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective Mandarin language lessons to primary students in a supply capacity.
- Follow the school’s curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources for lessons.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Uphold the school’s values and policies, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Mandarin specialization preferred).
- Teaching certification or qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Mandarin to primary-aged children, preferably in an international school setting.
- Excellent command of both Mandarin and English languages.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.

- Flexibility to work on a supply basis as needed.
