Responsibility
- Develop and oversee inclusive education policies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with global standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement student support programs for diverse learning needs, including disabilities, cultural differences, and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate inclusive teaching methodologies and universal design principles into curricula.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive education initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Advocate for resource allocation, including assistive technologies, specialized staff, and accessible infrastructure.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of inclusion among staff and students.
- Serve as a liaison between the university, external organizations, and government agencies to promote inclusive education advocacy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to secure funding and support for inclusive education projects.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, inclusive education, or student services, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing inclusive programs or policies.
- Strong understanding of disability rights, universal design for learning (UDL), and international inclusive education standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analysis, program evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with a passion for empowering marginalized student populations.
