Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool and infant care programs.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Organize and lead educational activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or infants.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
