Responsibility
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons for young children (ages 2-6).
- Support classroom activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and interactive learning games.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Monitor and document childrenās progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher and parents when needed.
- Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and confidence-building among students.
- Prepare and set up learning materials, ensuring all resources are ready for daily activities.
- Assist with snack time, hygiene routines, and transitions between activities.
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute special events, workshops, or parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (pursuing or completed degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related fields is a plus).
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, tutoring, or babysitting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage young children effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude toward early learners.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
