Responsibility
- Design and deliver interactive training programs (in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse employee needs, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills enhancement.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and refine programs based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and talent development strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their career progression and skill mastery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate training and adult learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal). Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and demonstrate business impact.
