Responsibility
- Assist the Head of Primary in leading and managing the primary school division, ensuring alignment with the schoolâs mission and values.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, student discipline, and parental engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement a rigorous, student-centered curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and holistic development.
- Represent the school at community events, parent meetings, and educational conferences.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of teaching staff.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and school-wide policy development.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within primary education.
- Proven track record of driving academic excellence and operational efficiency in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge) and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with adaptability and resilience.
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
