Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and informative drone training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Prepare and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions to prevent accidents.
- Provide one-on-one support to participants, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain and calibrate training drones and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
- Stay updated with the latest drone technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a drone pilot or trainer, with a strong understanding of drone operations.
- Certification in drone piloting (e.g., CAAM, FAA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work every Saturday, with flexibility for additional weekend sessions as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others in a hands-on learning environment.
- Familiarity with drone regulations and safety standards in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
