Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content and methodologies.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to trainees as needed.
- Track and report training metrics, including completion rates and skill acquisition progress.
- Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Trainer, Instructor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical subjects (e.g., software, hardware, IT systems, or industry-specific tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience developing training curricula and instructional materials.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) are highly desirable.
