Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based nursing lectures in both theoretical and clinical settings.
- Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with industry standards.
- Assess student learning through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations with constructive feedback.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career pathways, and professional development in nursing.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum design and incorporate emerging healthcare trends.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance in compliance with university policies.
- Support accreditation processes and contribute to institutional research or community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is highly preferred.
- Active nursing license (local or international) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience in nursing education, clinical supervision, or healthcare training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, including hybrid or online learning tools.
- Knowledge of current nursing standards, ethics, and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time capacity.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already in the region).
