Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in accounting, financial management, and related subjects.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools in alignment with industry standards.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career paths, and professional development.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work to contribute to the academic community.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional events.

- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field with significant teaching or industry experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the university level or professional accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly advantageous.
