Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs for semiconductor cleaning processes, including hands-on, classroom, and digital learning modules.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to new hires, existing staff, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company protocols.
- Assess training needs through collaboration with operations and quality teams, identifying skill gaps and tailoring programs to address them.
- Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content, to reflect the latest technologies and best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure all training complies with safety, environmental, and contamination control regulations, including ISO and SEMATECH standards.
- Mentor junior trainers and subject matter experts to build a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and equipment into training curricula.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training/education are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a training or technical leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor cleaning processes, contamination control, and cleanroom protocols.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs for diverse audiences, including operators, engineers, and managers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-experts.
- Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, SEMI) and quality frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean) in a semiconductor environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites or client locations for training delivery.
