As a Training Staff, you will work closely with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to identify training needs, develop tailored programs, and facilitate workshops that drive sustainable development. Responsibility
- Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of local communities in Bali.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and vocational skills.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to ensure program alignment with regional development goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making improvements as needed.
- Prepare training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to program participants.
- Document and report on training activities, outcomes, and impact metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or community development.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Familiarity with issues related to gender equality, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local Balinese dialects is a plus.
