Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Oversee talent development initiatives, including leadership training, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Manage internship programs, ensuring a structured and enriching experience for participants.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee competencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development to drive innovation.
- Support the HR team in aligning learning strategies with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for program improvement.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in HR or talent development (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
