Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for F&B staff across multiple locations in Bali.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities within store-based teams.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning modules focused on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goals and brand standards.
- Mentor and coach new hires and existing staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content and methods.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or learning & development within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to travel across Bali locations as needed.
- Certification in training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) is advantageous.
