Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings for luxury clients, including flights, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
- Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide personalized concierge-level support to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met exceedingly.
- Coordinate with high-end hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure premium services.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and travel histories for future reference.
- Resolve any travel-related issues promptly to uphold client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, visa requirements, and luxury destinations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
