As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ($12.50–$16.50/hour), and the opportunity to work in some of Bali’s most exciting locations.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Take and deliver food/drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before/after shifts.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
