Responsibility
- Oversee and ensure the safety of performers during shows and events, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Assist guests with park information, directions, and general inquiries to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth show operations and timely execution.
- Provide first aid and emergency support when necessary, ensuring a secure environment for all.
- Monitor crowd control and manage guest flow to maintain order during high-traffic periods.
- Conduct pre-show briefings and post-show debriefings with performers and staff.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of show equipment and props as needed.
- Uphold the resort’s service standards, delivering exceptional guest interactions at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Certification in first aid or CPR is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calm.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and crowd management techniques.
- Passion for entertainment and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and assist in operational tasks.
