Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating, under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support the cooking process by operating kitchen equipment and following recipes accurately.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to meet the establishment’s presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to comply with local regulations.
- Participate in daily kitchen briefings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations (training provided for beginners).
