Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide detailed recommendations on our premium Wagyu cuts and Japanese dishes.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen team efficiently and clearly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle payments, process bills, and manage reservations with precision and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant (Japanese cuisine is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Neat, professional appearance and attention to personal grooming.
