Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Drive guest satisfaction by resolving complaints, gathering feedback, and implementing service improvements.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution, presentation, and consistency meet luxury dining standards.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and financial performance to optimize business strategies.
- Represent the restaurant in community events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Indonesian, are a plus).
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and restaurant management tools.
