Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation before guest arrival.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies as needed to maintain guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold a hygienic environment.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
