Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Badung and surrounding areas.
- Escort guests to their rooms, highlighting key features and amenities while ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bell stand, including luggage carts and guest materials.
- Coordinate with the front desk, valet, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as transportation arrangements or local recommendations.
- Uphold Hiltonâs brand standards for professionalism, grooming, and guest interaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality (e.g., bellman, concierge, or front desk).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to lift and transport luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor, aligning with Hiltonâs brand image.
- Familiarity with Badungâs geography, culture, and tourist hotspots is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and POS systems is a plus.
