Responsibility
- Process and manage all ticketing requests, including flight, hotel, and tour bookings, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely issuance, modification, and cancellation of tickets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Prioritize ticketing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with travel consultants, vendors, and clients to resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all ticketing transactions in the companyâs booking system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to ticketing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, fare rules, and ticketing technologies to optimize processes.
- Assist in generating reports on ticketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing, travel operations, or a related role in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, fare structures, and ticketing policies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking software.
