Responsibility
- Process and manage flight, tour, and event ticket bookings for domestic and international guests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored travel recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and local attractions to provide accurate and valuable information to guests.
- Collaborate with travel agents, tour operators, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of bookings and itineraries.
- Handle payment processing, invoicing, and financial transactions while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Utilize ticketing software and CRM systems to manage reservations, track bookings, and generate reports for performance analysis.
- Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and loyalty programs to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in ticketing, customer service, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in using ticketing software, GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
