Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue booking (virtual/physical), and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, IT, HR) and external vendors to manage training materials, equipment, and technology requirements.
  • Monitor training attendance, track participant progress, and generate reports to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to training delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for training coordination, including documentation, templates, and best practices.
  • Support the design and implementation of training initiatives by providing insights on feasibility, scalability, and resource optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between trainers, participants, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment on training objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual training tools) to enhance training delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or project management, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with global teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with self-discipline and time-management skills.
  • Certification in training or project management (e.g., PMP, ATD) is a plus but not required.
