Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of SAP MM modules, focusing on procurement, inventory management, and material valuation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose SAP MM solutions aligned with best practices.
- Configure and maintain master data (material masters, vendor masters, purchasing info records) to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
- Develop and execute test scripts, user training, and change management activities to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues, providing timely support to end-users and IT teams.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system performance.
- Generate reports and analytics to monitor KPIs (e.g., procurement cycle time, inventory turnover) and drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. SAP certification (MM module) is a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant or in a similar role, with full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, MRP, and valuation.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC 6.0, including customization and integration with other modules (FI, CO, SD).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with global teams and clients.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging, LSMW, or IDocs is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (if required).
