Responsibility

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify technical requirements from potential clients.
  • Design and present tailored technical solutions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to address client pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to support the sales cycle.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in pre-sales discussions, answering technical queries and addressing objections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position Iripple’s solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on client needs and market gaps.
  • Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the ICT sector.
  • Proven track record of driving technical sales in enterprise software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or networking.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, API frameworks, and scalable architectures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration platforms.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, or similar technologies are highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
