Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AU construction projects.
- Design and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including workflows and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Designer, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of technical systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote/hybrid setting.
