Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents to automate business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and third-party APIs to enhance functionality and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize and maintain AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI applications and software integrations.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to resolve issues and improve system robustness.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or AI Engineer, with a strong portfolio of AI-driven projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and AI agent development.
- Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git) is a plus.
