Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programmes, including scheduling, venue bookings, and participant communications.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, feedback, and programme outcomes.
- Liaise with trainers, speakers, and external vendors to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Monitor programme budgets, expenses, and invoicing to ensure financial compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including email correspondence, data entry, and filing.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programmes and recommend improvements based on participant feedback.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements for training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in training, education, or event management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
