Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive training modules for pest management services and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular skill gap assessments to identify areas for staff development and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate field performance to ensure alignment with company quality standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance service delivery.
- Support operational audits by ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive process improvements and training efficiency.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, attendance records, and performance tracking reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Officer, Instructor, or Operations Specialist, preferably in pest control or a related industrial service sector.
- Strong understanding of pest management industry standards, safety procedures, and chemical handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging training sessions.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate complex technical processes into accessible learning materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
