Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple systems, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
- Install, repair, and upgrade equipment, tools, and machinery in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility operations and implement improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or team members as needed.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Multiskilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Certification in technical trades (e.g., vocational training, TESDA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, local codes) and commitment to workplace safety.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
