Responsibility
- Develop and implement customized training programs tailored to the needs of clients with diverse abilities.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to enhance functional, social, and vocational skills.
- Assess client progress through regular evaluations and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic development and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, client progress, and outcomes.
- Design engaging and interactive training materials using modern educational tools and techniques.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to clients to build confidence and independence.
- Stay updated with best practices in special education and training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or working with individuals with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering individuals through education.
- Ability to develop and adapt training materials for diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with behavioral management techniques and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment in Bali.
