As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and conducting both theoretical and hands-on training sessions, ensuring our teams are equipped with the latest techniques, procedures, and tools to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, create engaging training materials, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (theoretical and practical) tailored to various departments and skill levels.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and digital resources to ensure relevance, accuracy, and engagement.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training initiatives with company goals and industry standards.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and certification compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software (e.g., LMS, PowerPoint, e-learning platforms).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
