Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume hiring campaigns across various industries.
- Conduct psychometric tests and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Organize and execute onsite recruitment events, job fairs, and field hiring activities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate outreach to onboarding.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to ensure hiring targets are met.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring or high-volume environments.
- Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates efficiently.
- Experience with psychometric testing and behavioral interview techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, job boards, social media sourcing).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
