Responsibility
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, mediations, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention across multiple sites in Bali.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to address workplace concerns, provide guidance on disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, including harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and effective communication.
- Analyze employee feedback and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices align with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and confidential support on HR-related matters.
- Lead initiatives to promote work-life balance, well-being, and recognition programs tailored to the local workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex employee issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conducting investigations, writing reports, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and case management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
