Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for store operations.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor regulations and ensure company policies adhere to legal requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
