Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate training and development programs to foster continuous learning and career growth.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and professional support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
