Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with project teams to address HR-related needs and resolve employee concerns.
- Handle general affairs tasks, such as office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Serve as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams to facilitate clear communication.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta areas).
