Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across Bali operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for all employees.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and compliance documentation, using HRIS or other digital tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies for business growth.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing, medical, or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
