Responsibility
- Manage and resolve employee HR-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline workflows and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and performance management cycles.
- Act as a liaison between employees and the HR department to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
