Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact visual content (social media graphics, banners, infographics, presentations, and digital ads) for talent scouting and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to align designs with employer branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conceptualize and produce creative assets for job postings, career pages, email templates, and recruitment events.
- Optimize designs for multi-platform use (LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, etc.) while ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Edit and retouch images/videos to enhance visual appeal and professionalism.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in HR, recruitment, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to global time zones.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices for visual content.
