Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/ video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on high-demand roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for diverse roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
