Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle employee relations (ER), addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
  • Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, from job postings to candidate selection and induction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards for local and foreign workers.
  • Administer foreign worker permits, visas, and documentation in accordance with Indonesian immigration requirements.
  • Process and manage employee advances, loans, and benefits with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing foreign worker documentation and permits (KITAS, IMTA, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
