Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our salon business objectives across multiple Bali locations
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, from entry-level stylists to senior management, ensuring we attract top talent in Bali's competitive beauty market
- Design and manage performance management systems that drive employee engagement and service excellence in our salons
- Create and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain skilled beauty professionals
- Develop training programs that enhance technical skills and customer service excellence for our diverse team
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations across all our Bali-based operations
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth in the beauty industry
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and empathy
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the service, hospitality, or beauty industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of Bali's job market and local employment practices is a significant plus
