Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates for critical roles.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations and career development plans for all employees.
- Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and align HR initiatives with operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
